We appreciated this stay. The place was clean, nicely furnished rooms. We had a comfortable bedroom. Admired good views.

We expected there would be fitness, but didn't find it.

the accommodation was clean, the room was incredibly comfortable. the location was comfortable and marvellous - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. before bed we went to restaurante mare monti for a nightcap, it's just close to the hotel.

Greatly enjoyed a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge in the room. All the staff was great, settled my issues.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the great location, which gave easy access to restaurants, stores, and the beach. The breakfast menu offered a good variety of options that included hot meals to order. Cleanliness was a priority in this hotel, demonstrated by the thorough housekeeping service.

I arranged a bus back to Santa Marta, I paid a bit extra so the bus would pick us up from the hotel. Due to the miss Colombia happening that same day the roads were blocked so we had to go by taxi somewhere else where the bus could pick us up. It really annoyed me the lack of help from the staff . They put me in a taxi telling me that the bus driver would refund part of what I paid as they didn't pick us up from the hotel... Surprise surprise... Bus driver didn't know anything about the refund!! I didn't care about that but how little help we got from the hotel once we paid the bill

The room is well furnished and clean and there are particularly good views. The location is excellent, the staff is very pleasant.

The breakfast was decent and there was a good variety of food available. The hotel was in a great location near all the main attractions and the beach, making it easy to get around and explore. The room was reasonably spacious and the bed comfortable for a good night's sleep.

there was a lot of noise both inside and outside the hotel, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s rest. The staff was not very helpful or friendly, and the overall attitude was quite poor.

The staff at Gio Hotel Tama went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast options were great. Despite a few minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
